Leading Manufacturers, Exporters, Wholesaler and Retailer of 12.5 mm High Efficiency Aeration Tube, Aeration Tube Yellow Line, Airoxi Aeration Tube Extra, Airoxi High Efficiency Aeration Tube, Algae Resistant Aeration Tube, Blue Airoxi NC -16 Aeration Tube and High Flow Aeration Tube from Vadodara.
High efficiency aeration tube of size 12.5 mm x 25 mm (0.5" x 1") seen but its characteristic blue line. This is the most popular product and as per international specifications
Aeration Tube Yellow Line - Size 12.5 X 22.5mm These are specially designed tubes to work with ring blowers. Low thickness of tube ensures that low pressure pumps like single stage ring blower and air pump also perform well.
AirOxi aeration tube manufactures the highest quality Aeration tubes in 3 major sizes / options. 1) High efficiency aeration tube of size 12.5 mm x 25 mm (0.5" x 1") seen but its characteristic blue line. This is the most popular product and as per international specifications
2) Algae Resistant Aeration tube of the same size but mild algae resistant additives added for ponds that have problems of high algae sticking and clogging the tube
3) High Airflow large size tube of size 1" x 1.5" - extremely high air flow with double the inside diameter, 4 times the flow area and 50% more circumference, to get small bubble size and very high aeration and efficiency.
Please contact us for more details of each type of aeration tube. We can also make specific size to order
AirOxi smooth low blocking tube - low wall thickness, low cost and relatively bigger bubble size. The oxygen dissolution % is lower, but the tube is very easy to clean and maintain if at all any maintenance is needed
High Flow Aeration Tube- Depends on blower size and output. At 2 PSI pressure and 1 mtr water head, Average flow rate per mtr is approximately 800 ltrs/ hour (0.8 m3 / hr). However since bursting is not a concern, the air flow can increase as high as required by increasing blower and motor size. This is not however useful for aeration purpose since the flow will be too high to have any meaningful dissolution of air.
